Even though its everyone's responsiblity to help recruit members into the 44th Fleet by staying active on the recruitment threads, you can also recruit members into your perspective divisions or squads. Just like I advertise the Fleet (as a whole) to perspective recruits, you can advertise your specific division or squad to make it more appealing to recruits looking to join a Fleet.
