Admiral Blackwell (Threeinone) is stepping down as Commanding Officer of the Combat Division. He will still be with the Fleet but RL affairs have affected his ability to serve in the capacity of Admiral of Combat. He will still serve in Alpha Squad with the rank of Commander.
