~~Captain Vorzen gently sighs and opens the door from to his office. Smirking slightly he inclines his head and extends his left hand down and forward, picking up a letter with the Starfleet insigina on it.~~
The letter reads: "Hello, Captain Vorzen. I'd like to be the first to welcome you to the 44th Fleet stationed at Starbase 817 Eden. You are to make you're way here In command of the USS Fortitude, a ship you are quite familar with If I'm not mistaken. Be sure you find a crew as well, choose your bridge officers. Do so with haste."
